Accessing Your Mailbox
There are three ways to access your voice mail
service.1. Press
*99 when checking from your home telephone.
2. Dial NXX-9960 (Note: NXX is your telephone exchange.)
Enter your 10 digit telephone number.
3. Dial your home or business number. Once the greeting
begins, press the # key.
Password
Entry
When prompted, enter your four digit password followed by the # key.
The default password is 0000. Please change your password
while setting up your mailbox.
-If Auto
Login is enabled, no entry is required. |

Enter new password (1-16 digits), followed by the # key.

Accessing Your Sub-Mailbox
Press *99 or NXX-9960
Enter your mailbox number.
Enter your mailob ID number or press * to go to your group message.
Enter your password, followed by the # key.

Press 1 - To listen to messages.
Press 3 - Send message to another mailbox.
Press 5 - To hear mailbox ID's with new messages.
Press 7 - Current Date & Time.
Press 9 - To setup voice mailbox (see setup menu options)

Group Greeting Menu
Press 1 - Play current group greeting
Press 2 - Keep group greeting
Press 3 - Delete group greeting
Press 4 - Record new group greeting
Press 0 - To repeat choices
(Example Group Greeting: You have reached the Jones' residence.
To leave a message for John press 1, to leave a message for Donna

Listen/Retrieve Messages
Listen to Messages:
Press 1 - Hear new messages
Press 2 - Hear saved messages
Press * - Return to main menu
Press 0 - Repeat choices
Message Options:
Press 1 - Play or replay messages
Press 2 - Save message and go to next
Press 3 - Delete message and go to next
Press 4 - Save message as new
Press 6 - Forward message
Press 7 - Skip back three seconds
Press 8 - Pause or continue message
Press 9 - Skip forward three seconds
Press * - Return to main menu

E-Control
Go to our website
www.stmc.net.
Click on the Message Center Link. Look for the E-Control link.
Follow the directions provided to get started.
To change your password, go to
"General Options" and key in the new information. Then scroll
to the bottom of the screen and save your changes. You should
change your password for security purposes.
To view your voice mail messages on the
website, just highlight the message you want to listen to;
scroll to the bottom of the page and press "Play." (Computer
must be equipped for sound.)
To setup an e-mail address to be notified
when you receive a voice mail, go to "Notification Options."
Then "Enable E-mail Notifications" and select "Yes." Then,
when prompted, type in your e-mail address. Be sure to scroll
to the bottom and save the changes. |
